Tivoli Concert Hall
The Tivoli Concert Hall in the heart of Copenhagen opened its doors to the public in 1956, but has since undergone a major renovation and has been restored to its original 50s look.
Among the new acquisitions is a flexible acoustic shell that can be adjusted according to the type of music played. A new addition to the exterior of the Concert Hall is the Garden Foyer Entrance in the Rotunda.
Europe's longest saltwater aquarium
The basement of the building houses Europe's longest a saltwater aquarium, containing 270.000 litres of water. The aquarium boasts 1600 specimens of brilliantly coloured tropical fish and exotic sharks roaming the modelled coral reef.
Concert-goers must use the main entrance to the Tivoli Gardens.
