ARoS Food Hall is a Restaurant in an Eventful Setting. The restaurant gives you a unique experience in a relaxing setting along with the possibility of combining your visit to the museum with an unforgettable tasting experience. The atmosphere at ARoS Food Hall is rough and warm all at once. The ingredients used in the kitchen are integrated as part of the decor, and under the rainbow, you will find a starry sky of small lights.
The restaurant is centered around organic foods, regional ingredients and produce from ARoS' very own rooftop kitchen garden. The menu offers Little Experiences and among them you will find: Juniper cured spotted ham with chanterelles, raw veal with French sorrel and egg yolk or crispy fish skin with beach mustard.
Every wednesday and thursday you will have the opportunity to dine at the restaurant between 17.30 and 21.00. Here you can choose between a 3 or 6 course menu.
