Den Skaldede Kok tryller på Møllehøj
With an abundance of farm fresh vegetables and fruit will be the bald Kok in a wonderful interaction with meat from Per's Messina and beer from Horn Beer, smoking, grilling, roasting and braisere, so it smells far beyond the city limits.
At 5 pm you will be greeted in the courtyard at Møllehøj. Then there will be opportunity to tour with the farm owner Stig Sorensen, who will talk about the seasons in the field, the daily operation and the choice of varieties.
Subsequently, Horn Beer and Per's Messina present their products. During the presentation, we will serve an aperitif and tempt you with a selection of tasty tortilla.
At 6.30 pm we will eat. The bald Kok will present the evening's menu, selecting cuts, cooking methods, flavors mm. There will be underway possible advice and tips for cooking ingredients. We finish dinner with treats for the sweet tooth, and served with a good cup of coffee brewed from beans from Strandvej Risteriet.
