Ginger bread town

See you in November 2024. The 2024 gingerbread town is open from Friday, November 15 to Sunday, December 22.

Baking cake houses is an old tradition, and it became especially popular in the 1950s when many families created their own tradition. The first "Middelfart Gingerbread Town" opened in 2011.

Step into an enchanting world with an entire city baked in gingerbread batter! Both children and adults from the local area have contributed to the impressive Gingerbread City.
