Økologisk Sommeraften på Stengården
At 17:00: arrival and a glass mouse sparkling wine and a snack 17:15 to 18:15: Tour in the fields and visits to the chicken coop
In late July, there are vegetables in abundance in the fields surrounding Stone Farm. Around 40 different vegetables are grown and many of them are beautiful and lush at the end of July. We talk about culture, about how we avoid pests, manage weeds and choosing varieties. There will be opportunity to taste some of the really fresh cases. The chicken farm grown fruit trees, raspberry and green asparagus. Chickens thrive under the trees and there is always lively. at. 18.30: Dinner in the garden. We have raised the big tent and serves a dinner tilberedet by chef Simon Aagaard. The dinner will consist of several dishes containing many fresh vegetables as earlier in the day are harvested in the fields. For dinner served organic and biodynamic wines imported by Emilie Wine. Ole Sørensen from Emily Wines will talk about the wines served with the meal. The evening ends with coffee and tea. Price: 495 kr / person incl. wines.
