Author Puk Hyllested presents journaling as a creative and meaningful practice that offers a calm alternative to screen time and creates space for reflection and creativity.

The workshop begins with a short talk in which Puk shares her approach to visual diaries, as described in her book “Journaling. Skriv, skab og bliv glad!”. Participants are then guided through a short writing exercise that forms the basis for a creative collage.

Throughout the workshop, practical tips and techniques are shared, enabling participants to continue their journaling practice at home. No special skills or expensive materials are required.

Participants are asked to bring a notebook. All other materials will be provided.
Drinks and light snacks can be purchased from the bar during the event, and there will also be an opportunity to buy Puk Hyllested’s book about journaling.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to too few registrations.
