Since 2004, FISKI has been Bagenkop's focal point for quality fish and homemade delicacies. Originally started by Ann Marie and Folmer, for almost 20 years the shop has taken pride in providing freshly caught fish and tasty specialities. With respect for tradition and the resources of the sea, FISKI has served over 2 million homemade fish cakes - a true local classic.
FISKI - From sea to table
Many of the fish at FISKI were caught by Folmer himself, while Ann Marie transformed the ingredients into delicious dishes. This symbiosis between fishing and cooking ensured high quality and a unique feeling for the product. As the new owners, we are proud to carry on the traditions while adding new perspectives in small, sure steps.
