Flygtningekirkegården i Grove (The Refugees' Cemetery at Grove)

The Refugees' Cemetery at Grove is a reminder of the Second World War.

It is adjacent to Grove church and graveyard west of Karup Airfield. During and after the Second World War around 2500 German refugees and soldiers were buried here. Their remains are interred below the long rows of identical grey granite crosses.

The cemetery is maintained by the German State.
