Rønnebæk Church

The tower of Roennebaek Church is placed rather unusually by the south door and not, as is the norm, by the nave's west end. This was probably done to save costs as the lower part of the tower also functions as the weapon house.

The bowl in the romanesque font is decorated with arcades. The pews are from 1866. Many places have replaced fixtures from this period with modern fixtures. However, the pews in Roennebaek Church were beautifully restored in 1969 so here you have an opportunity to see the style of the 1860's.
