Come and join us for a meditative sensory walk in Hallindskoven, starting at Foreningen Naturpassion's nature grounds – a free, sensory journey into mindfulness, tranquillity and deeper contact with yourself.
Take a quiet stroll along footbridges and forest floors while letting your senses awaken. We will meet at the nature reserve of the Naturpassion Association and walk together among old beech trees, where you will be guided to listen, smell and feel the gentle pulse of nature.
A path of senses
Along the way, the guide will invite you to try simple exercises: breathing pauses by the stream, gently touching moss and leaves, and quietly listening to birdsong and the rustling of trees. Every step is about being present – without rushing, without performing.

The sensory walk is for anyone who wants more balance and grounding in their everyday life. You don't need any prior knowledge, just the desire to experience nature in a new, meditative way. Come alone or bring a friend and feel how presence grows in community. Free and open to all.
