Wooden ships and anniversary celebration

Enjoy a maritime and festive Sunday, where the large wooden ships are docked before the 'Fyn Rundt' regatta sets sail. Nordkajen (The North Quay) is buzzing with live music, fun activities, food stalls, and a 125th anniversary celebration.

Fyn Rundt

Fyn Rundt for Preserved Ships docks in Vejle on July 20th – and you are invited!

Immerse yourself in maritime heritage as 40-50 beautiful wooden ships fill the Nordkajen in Vejle, bringing with them the scent of tar and the sound of sea adventures.

Fyn Rundt is more than a regatta. It is a living story of proud sea traditions, community, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Come and experience the ships up close, meet the crews, and feel the magic!

125th Anniversary Celebration

On the same day, you can experience a grand anniversary celebration of the local ship, the schooner Martha, which turns 125 years old. Join the open house on deck with singing, music, speeches, and free cake for the first 125 guests.

  • Live music with New Orleans Band and Shanty Choir Captains
  • Food trucks with food, snacks, coffee, ice cream, and other delicious temptations
  • Drop-in Circus with the Mermaid and the Sailor
  • Children's activities and much more

The program will be continuously updated.
