Danish Centre of Architecture
The Danish Centre for Architecture features exhibitions on Danish and International architecture with models, sketches and photographs.
The Center has a documentation department with a database of recent Danish architecture. Study tours and debate meetings are arranged. Lectures on subjects connected to these exhibitions.
The objective of the Centre is two-fold: to be a source of inspiration for new and innovative building projects, and, to promote architecture to the public at large. Exhibitions featuring recent trends in Danish and international architecture ensure public exposure.
Bookstore and restaurant
The Danish Centre for Architecture is situated in the Gammel Dok Warehouse in Christianshavn. It features an extensive bookstore with books on architectural subjects in Danish and English and a restaurant overlooking the harbour.
DAC Tours
The Danish Architecture Centre has a permanent catalogue of tours of historical Copenhagen as well as tours to discover the new architecture in the capital. Check out program and prices here.
