The whole family can take part! You set your own pace, decide whether to run or walk, and choose how many laps you’d like to do. No timekeeping and no competition. Just exercise, fresh air and a lovely start to the autumn half-term
And of course, we’ll get off to a flying start! Mr Hygge will be there to send everyone on their way
