Stop by the bakery in the middle of Svendborg's pedestrian street, where you will find organic bread and butter-baked cakes.

At Baguette, everything is baked in a stone oven and handmade according to their own recipes. They do not use semi-finished products, mixes, preservatives, colorants, or other obscure ingredients, but instead good organic raw materials.

The ideology behind Baguette has always been authenticity, visual openness, freshly baked goods, organic products, and butter-baked items.

The bakery, café, and sales area together occupy 40m², and it may seem like very little space, but here the machines have not been allowed to take over – everything is still done by hand. The bread gets its natural rising time depending on the humidity and temperature in the bakery. This places great demands on the baker, but also provides immense satisfaction as each bread is unique and cannot be replicated in other bakeries.

In addition to bread and sweet cakes, you can also buy a cup of organic coffee, tea, hot cocoa, organic juice, or water.
