Now you can experience Donizetti's wonderful opera Don Pasquale in a magnificent production by the Royal Theatre in collaboration with Glyndebourne. The stage is taken over by an ageing bachelor who believes he has found young love – but it is all a comical prank to ensure his nephew's happiness with Norina.

The opera, consisting of Donizetti's exuberant music and typical opera buffa style, draws on the composer's many years of experience – and the result is lively, humorous and full of musicality and irony, making Don Pasquale a particularly festive acquaintance.
