Hejlskov – varied fishing along Lovns Bredning

On the southern coast of Lovns Bredning, Hejlskov offers an excellent 2 km stretch for coastal fishing. The seabed is dark with mussels and stones, and the area features many groynes and reefs that provide ideal conditions. The spot fishes best when the fjord’s water level is above normal, as it otherwise becomes very shallow. Parking is available past Hejlskovvej 89. From there, follow the coast about 1,000 meters northeast before starting to fish.
