Gravlev Church
Gravlev Church dates back to the Middle Ages and consists of a Romanesque chancel and nave, with later additions from the Late Gothic period. Inside, the church is beautifully and simply furnished.
The sculptor Anders Bundgaard is buried in the churchyard. He is known, among other works, for the Gefion Fountain in Copenhagen and the Cimbrian Bull in Aalborg. On his grave lies a small statue created by Bundgaard himself. It depicts a girl, known as the Heath Girl, placed so that she looks towards Ravnkilde on the other side of Lake Gravlev.
