I AM NOT INVisible - Special exhibition by Thilde Jensen at Esbjerg Museum

On 2nd June 2024, Esbjerg Museum opens its doors to a harsh, but also present and honest exhibition, "I AM NOT INVisible".
The exhibition gives visitors an insight into life as a homeless person in the USA, as seen through the lens of local photographer Thilde Jensen.
A different museum experience
The exhibition is designed in a unique way, where visitors move around in the dark, equipped only with a lamp on a stick. In the dark, you come across people one-on-one and feel the relationships that Thilde Jensen created in her meetings.
Facts:
The exhibition "I AM NOT INVisible" opens at Esbjerg Museum on 1st June 2024 and can be seen until 2nd February 2025.
The exhibition is supported by the Danske Bank Esbjerg Foundation.
The photographs from the project were published in the book: “The Unwanted – I AM NOT INVisible”.
