Xtreme Manly Adventure takes place again this year in the area around Århus Firma Sport – ÅFS Centre. Depending on how adventurous you are, you can lace up your running shoes and choose between two different routes, one of 8 or one of 12 kilometers. If you've participated before, you also know that Xtreme Manly Adventure is not just a run on ordinary forest trails. No, you should be prepared for a bit of everything and not be afraid to get dirt and mud on your running outfit.

At Xtreme Manly Adventure, you'll test your mettle on an 8 or 12 km thoroughly dirty natural route. It's trail running exclusively for men, and the route is packed with obstacles you have to overcome – and you'll have to go through both water and plenty of mud! It's a day you'll remember – even long after the soreness has faded.
