Mississippi Arts and Culture
Mississippi is a culture and art center at Thyholm - a meeting place where art and culture must help create debate, move boundaries and create experiences.
Mississippi Arts and Culture is known for given its audience a different artistic experience that reflects the society we live in. It can be through visual art, installation art, photos, sculpture or literature. It is a mission for Mississippi to increase the interest in art and culture and stimulate debate both locally, regionally and nationally.
Today Mississippi Arts and Culture is a exhibit place where tourists and citizens across age, gender, cultural background and social status through contemporary art and culture can have an experience that inspires, amazes, perspectives and thrills. Mississippi holds seven exhibitions throughout the year.
Art Days by the Limfjord
During Kunstdage ved Limfjorden, artists and galleries all around the Limfjord open their doors and invite you to get up close to the artworks and the people behind them during the Ascension Day holiday. Mississippi Arts and Culture is just one of the artists you can experience at Kunstdage ved Limfjorden.
