After more than a decade of humorous and thought-provoking talks on leadership, strategy, and collaboration, Nils Villemoes is now bidding farewell to the stage. On Monday, May 11, 2026, he visits MCH Herning Kongrescenter with his concluding show Bøvl – Nils Villemoes på slap line as part of his nationwide farewell tour.

With his signature mix of sharp humor and deep insight, Nils Villemoes has, over four decades, both challenged and entertained audiences. His talks humorously poke fun at current trends and management models in a witty and engaging way. Over the years, he has inspired more than 60,000 attendees across Denmark.

Bøvl (“Trouble”) is not just a title but also a central theme in Villemoes’ talks. He argues that trouble is essential to creating meaning and engagement. Without it, life becomes empty and without purpose, he believes.
