Skjern Church

The Skjern Church was founded in the Middle Ages. Later it has been enlarged and in 1915 it was restored thoroughly. Most of the furni- ture is dated. Both the altarpiece and the pulpit are from the be- ginning of the 1600's. The organ-loft is from about 1630. In the chancel you can see Ivar Munk's coat of arms on the back of a chair.
