A normal and plain stair has become a work of art and a new landmark in the city of Sønderborg.

The artist Kristian Vodder Svensson has within nine days and using a lot of paint transformed the grey stairs to a nature landscape – but only if you are standing below the stairs looking up, from the top of the stairs you cannot see the decoration of the 53 steps.
