Explore Tunø

The biggest attraction on Tunø is the unique island atmosphere. Due to the absence of cars in the streets, there is a certain idyll, and you can easily feel that you are on an island. In the little village, there are eateries with outdoor service. The most famed attraction is probably the church with its combined church tower / lighthouse.

We highly recommend going for a walk on the 8-kilometre long route around Tunø. You follow the coast the whole way, often on top of the tall bluffs at the coast. Therefore, you have a spectacular view.

Families with children can grab a treasure map (available in English) before the hike. If you answer all questions correctly, you will receive a free Tunø medal as a souvenir.
