Walk and shopping in Sønderho, Fanø

Join us on an atmospheric summer evening walk through the idyllic village of Sønderho – an experience filled with charm, art and local specialties.

Every Tuesday evening in July, the town's shops and galleries are open, and you are invited to explore the narrow streets and paths between the beautiful old houses.

The tour begins at Sønderho Gårdbutik, where you will be greeted by local delicacies. From here, you can aim for the Møllen and visit Galleri Tina Kolding on Vester Land.

Continue along Kirkestien to Galleri Lotte Lambæk, or find parking close to the church.

Behind the bus station and the Inforummet on Digevej, Uldsnedkeren awaits with its own organic lambskins and yarn, and Den lille butik with old Dutch tiles.

On the country road around Brugsen, you can stop by Silken, with all kinds of silks in its own design, and Tavola Mia with clothing and interior design.

End the evening with a visit to Galleri Bagkant Ved Bavnen with Japanese ceramics and paintings, just below Kåveren. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Fanø's southern tip on a warm summer evening.

Sønderho also offers several wonderful restaurants if you want to combine the cultural experience with a delicious dinner.
