Woodturning course at Leymus (3-day course)
Join Leymus for a cosy and educational three-day workshop at the turntable.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 3 days of turning tuition. Learn the first important grips and enjoy the time to practise the techniques with guidance along the way. If you have some experience, we'll pick up and continue where you are in your learning.
Classes are held from 10.00 - 15.00 all 3 days, but you are welcome to continue and use the workshop afterwards. Don't be stressed, but enjoy the time for contemplation and learning in Leymu's cosy workshop - we take it with calm and humour.
As a starting point, we work with stoneware clay, i.e. your cup can go in the dishwasher, for example.
MAX 5 students - so there is plenty of time to help each individual. We turn on electric turntables.
Price: 1.995,- excl. clay (clay is optional, the price of the clay includes pickling, pre-annealing, a clear glaze and, of course, firing).
