Galleri Kosteskabet

In the middle of Svaneke's old streets you will find one of Denmark's most charming and perhaps also smallest exhibition spaces: Galleri Kosteskabet.
The gallery measures just 4 m² and is located in the entrance hall of textile artist Debbie Kathrine Sørensen and illustrator Franz Bomberg's private home. Although the space is modest in size, the experience is anything but small. Since opening in 2024, the gallery has attracted a multitude of curious art lovers. At openings, a small queue often forms outside, because there simply cannot be more than two guests at a time.
Franz Bomberg has made a mark on Bornholm in recent years with his humorous illustrations and is behind, among other things, "Klippeøens ABC". In addition to these illustrations, the gallery also features Debbie Kathrine Sørensen's prints, which are based on nature. She works from the conviction that the more we know about the nature around us, the better we take care of it.
