Local Dinning

Local Dining is a micro-restaurant in Gudbjerg on Southeast Funen focused on simple gourmet cuisine and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant collaborates with local farmers and shops and also uses herbs and ingredients gathered from the surrounding nature.

The restaurant is owned and run by chef Peter Steen Secher-Hansen, who qualified in 2010 and has worked at Great Northern, Stella Maris and The Balcony.

One fixed menu is served, changing with the ingredients and flavours of the seasons throughout summer, autumn, winter and spring.
