Majkens Hylde

Majkens Hylde is centrally located on Nørregade – right opposite Lagkagehuset and the library. On the shelves, you’ll find tea and lemonade, chocolates and biscuits, wines and beers, cheeses and charcuterie. In other words, there’s something to suit every taste and every occasion.

The range is heavily inspired by French cuisine and is constantly evolving, so you can pick up your favourite lemonade whilst also discovering new products.
You can also order tapas at any time, to be collected during the shop’s opening hours or by arrangement. We can put together a delicious platter for 1 person or 50 people – together we’ll find a solution.

What makes Majkens Hylde so special is that we can source almost anything – particularly when it comes to cheeses, wines and the like. So if you’ve got a recipe for Tartiflette that calls for Reblochon cheese, I can get hold of it for you. It could also be that special French spice cake, cherry jam, chestnut cream, frogs’ legs or something else entirely.
