Ceramics and craftsmanship above Svaneke Torv

At ceramic artist Vibe Berland, the ceramics are made in a workshop on the attic floor above the shop in Svaneke. Here she works with functional pieces and unique works, all shaped by hand.

The works are inspired by the nature of Bornholm in colour, form and decoration. This gives the ceramics an expression where simplicity and liveliness meet in the material.

In the shop at Bykilden 1, right by Svaneke Torv, you can also find large wooden bowls by the woodworker from Gudhjem. Together they offer a view into crafts where materials and hands leave a clear trace.
