At Aalborg Airport a VIP-lounge can be set up, making it possible to have a final and personal farewell with your meeting or conference guests.
The airport offers bright and modern meeting rooms, equipped with AV-technology, a strong projector with at-table connection and a motorised screen. All equipment is easy to use with a wall-mounted panel-system. At larger events, it is possible to rent the balcony on top of Arrival Hall 2, which also has a projector and screen.

Aalborg Airport has a restaurant, Food, that can both cater cold and warm dishes for your meeting or reception.
Accommodation
Aalborg Aiport itself does not offer accommodation, however, you are welcome to stay at Aalborg Airport Hotel, which is located right across from the airport.
