At Kær Vestermark you'll find this disabled-friendly campfire hut with 2 shelters and integrated rail for manual hoist, water and electricity.
The campfire hut, built in sustainable materials, is equipped with 2 shelters that have swivelling walls and can each accommodate 4-5 people.
Access is by foot, bike or wheelchair and there is an integrated manual hoist and 220V power outlet for charging an electric wheelchair. The water tap is open during the frost-free period. Parking is available at Støvlen about 450 metres away. Toilets can be found in Støvlen or at Naturcenter Sønderborg.
Dogs on leads are allowed.
The hut is video monitored and day and/or night stays must be booked in advance. Wood is delivered twice a week.
