Christian IV

Christian IV was the King of Denmark from 1588-1648. He was the son of King Frederik the second and Queen Sophie of Mecklenburg. He was colorful and happy king, who was very popular among the danish people. He died the 28th of February 1648 at his beloved Rosenborg Castle and is buried in Roskilde Domkirke.
