Christmas at Jollmands Gaard

Experience pure farm idyll - the scent of fresh bakery - the sound of spinning and weaving in the living room.

Everywhere in the beautiful old inn is decorated for Christmas in pure countryside idyll.

Buns are baked in the oven and served in the Café along with the biscuit ‘Gode Råd’.

In the old kitchen, klejner (fried pastry) are cooked on the old stove and sold along with other Christmas cookies, while in the living rooms, wool is spun on the spinning wheel, bobbin lace is made and fabric is woven.

There are exhibitors in the Bakehouse and the Machinehouse. Sausages will be grilled and you can buy beer from the brewery, Mjels Bryghus.

In Karunklen, the small house behind the farm, a Nisse housing is set up where children are read Christmas stories and sent on a treasure hunt throughout the farm.

There will also be a tombola and, not least, Christmas trees will be sold on this day and all other days leading up to Christmas.
