Den Lille Mark – An Urban Farm Focused on Community and Sustainability

Den Lille Mark, located less than 10 km from the center of Odense, is a dynamic urban farm that blends sustainability with community. With bike-friendly paths, light rail, and bus services providing easy access, it's simple to visit this green oasis just outside the bustling city.

On just 0.3 hectares, more than 100 varieties of vegetables, herbs, and flowers are cultivated using regenerative practices that nurture healthy, living soil. This unique farm sells its produce directly to both individuals and small businesses in Odense, ensuring a short journey from soil to table, with vegetables that are as fresh as they are flavorful.

Den Lille Mark is dedicated to building a local, sustainable food system where stewardship of the land is intertwined with fostering a deeper connection between people, food, and nature. Through various collaborations and initiatives, residents of the city are invited to engage more closely with the farm and the natural food system. The farm also serves as a community hub for those eager to be part of a greener future.

Founder Moanna Quynh, a graduate of the Regenerative Agriculture School, brings extensive experience from organic, regenerative, and permaculture farms. Her passion is to create a sustainable farm that not only revitalizes the land but also strengthens the local community—centered around a seasonal food culture.

Welcome to Den Lille Mark – where sustainability and community flourish together.
