Join us for a long table dinner in the field, and get a tour of GrønThy

When summer is at its peak, vegetables abound at GrønThy. That is why we invite you to a long table dinner, right in the middle of the field where the raw materials are grown. It doesn't get more fresh and authentic.

We start with a field walk, where Gitte tells and shows how the vegetables are grown with lots of respect and love.

The chef prepares the food over a fire while you are there, and the chef puts together the menu on the day based on the season's freshest vegetables seasoned with his own ideas. Afterwards, we sit down at the table with each other and enjoy the evening's menu under the open summer sky. There is the basis for a magical evening.

If it rains, we go inside the straw barn.
