Kadeau – a taste of Bornholm by the coast in Øster Sømarken

Nestled between pine trees, sea air and the southern coastline of Bornholm, Kadeau is a restaurant where the island’s nature, ingredients and seasons are transformed into some of Bornholm’s most celebrated dining experiences. Every dish tells a story of the sea, the forests and the landscapes that surround the restaurant.

The menus are rooted in Bornholm’s terroir and created with deep respect for the changing seasons. Fish, vegetables, herbs, berries and other local ingredients take centre stage, while traditional and modern cooking techniques come together in a kitchen that has earned both a Michelin Star and a Green Michelin Star.
