Kalundborg Marina
Kalundborg Marina welcomes guest sailors in the heart of West Zealand's largest coastal town – with modern facilities, Great Belt views and walking distance to the historic town centre with the Five-Towered Church.

Kalundborg Marina – city harbour with Great Belt views
Kalundborg Marina is the natural base for sailors visiting West Zealand's largest coastal town. The marina sits centrally in Kalundborg with a short walk to the historic town centre, restaurants and shopping – and with open views across the Great Belt from nearly every berth. It is one of those harbours on Zealand's west coast where city and sea meet without anything in between.
A modern marina with everything
Kalundborg Marina is a well-run harbour with modern facilities for guest sailors. The service building offers showers, toilets, washing machines and a common room. Power and water are available at all pontoons, and the harbour office is happy to help with local tips and town information.
The harbour is well-visited throughout the sailing season, with a good mix of local sailors, long-distance sailors passing through the Great Belt and holiday sailors using Kalundborg as a base to explore the West Zealand coast. The atmosphere is relaxed and sociable – there is always someone to share a sunset with on the pier.
Kalundborg – the town behind the marina
Kalundborg is one of Denmark's oldest towns with a history stretching over 800 years. The Five-Towered Church from 1170 is the town's landmark and one of Northern Europe's most unusual church buildings. The historic town centre with cobbled streets and half-timbered houses is just a 10-minute walk from the marina.
Sailing in the area
From Kalundborg Marina, it is short distances to exciting sailing destinations. The Røsnæs peninsula with its lighthouse and dramatic coastal cliffs lies to the northwest. To the north, Sejerø Bay opens up with the islands of Nekselø and Sejerø as popular day-trip targets.
