The Knud Lavard Mystery

In Ringsted, you can embark on a city walk unlike anything you’ve tried before. Along the way, you’ll stop at some of Ringsted’s historic landmarks. At each stop, you’ll solve a riddle or crack a code to move forward. At every location, you’ll find words that are used in a crossword puzzle. Once you’ve found all the horizontal words, you’ll uncover the vertical word, which reveals where the illegal trade is taking place.

The route is 3 km long and takes approximately 75 minutes.

The booklet with the mysteries and the map can either be printed from this page or picked up at Scandic on Nørretorv 57. After completing the walk and solving the puzzle, return to Scandic to exchange your activity booklet for a small prize.
