Mjelsmark Gårdpakkeri is run by Tove Frost. The farm has a large flock of laying hens and its own egg packing centre. There is a strong focus on animal welfare in egg production, which means that the hens have a long and happy life on the farm.

Kale is grown in the farm's fields and sold as chopped kale together with the eggs in the farm shop.

The farm shop also offers a range of speciality products from other local producers.
