Nature Camps Naturcenter Syddjurs
Karpenhøj Nature Centre also has a large campsite in Basballe, close to Mols Bjerge and Agri Bavnehøj. The campsite includes a 60 square metre fire pit with a loft, fire pit, fixed benches and table, as well as tables/bench sets and campfire benches.
Basballe Shoeters - in the centre of Mols Bjerge National Park
There are two outdoor fire pits and three large shelters. It is also possible to borrow campfire equipment. There is access to a toilet with washbasin at the clubhouse by the cross-country track on the hill.
From the campsite in the gravel pit, a path leads up to and through the neighbouring municipal forest. In the forest, trees have been planted in the climate project "Replant the Planet". The trees were planted by children from the "Children's Farm". There are no indoor facilities in Basballe.
