Restaurant owner and chef Paul Proffitt is a renowned British chef from Staffordshire, England. Proffitt previously earned two Michelin stars at Henne Kirkeby Kro, where he worked as head chef, and has also worked at prestigious restaurants in both France and England.

Now, the Michelin-starred chef is opening his own restaurant under his own name at one of Aabenraa’s finest locations. With a stunning view of Flensburg Fjord, the setting couldn’t be better.
