Gastronomisk Institut is beautifully situated in the main building of Knudhule Badehotel. The restaurant overlooks Knudsø and the underlying Himmelbjerg and the Himmelbjergtower.
Restaurant Gastronomisk Institut serves tasty food that invites you to a pleasant evening for you and your loved ones, as well as satisfying the needs that the course participants and travelers may have.
The kitchen is based on Chef Dean Jespersen's idea that food should taste of what it is made of. In addition, the restaurant has a small but well-chosen wine list, which is mainly European wines that are complemented with some wines from overseas.
