The restaurant serves specialties from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. After that, there is some time for drinks & snacks or coffee and something sweet before the restaurant closes at 5 p.m. Among the specialties is a piece of freshly peeled shrimp with smiling organic eggs, pickled red onions and ramson mayo.
