Ribe Brewery - locally brewed beer of high quality

Ribe Bryghus has moved to new premises in 2020, in the old train shed that has been completely renovated. We brew using a beautiful English alebrewing vat that fits the historic surroundings in Denmark’s oldest town. We brew 2x1000 litre of beer at a time, and it is genuine craftsmanship from start to finish. The beer is brewed according to English ale traditions, i.e., artificial carbon dioxide is not added to the beer.

High quality beer for all beer lovers. It is possible to follow the brewing process and to savour the aroma of malt and hops. The three brewers will be glad to tell you about the beer and the brewery.

The bottled beer can be bought at the brewery, at many fine shops, or you can enjoy the fresh brew at the various pubs in Ribe.
