Visit Denmark's northernmost vineyard, Saxtrup Vingaard, where the grapes bask in plenty of sun and sea air, and where we specialize in crafting white wine and sparkling wine.
We cultivate the fields organically and with respect for nature, and have approximately 13,000 plants. The road to the vineyard leads along a hilly gravel path, situated between forest and fields, and passes by an idyllic forest lake, towards the beautiful, straight rows of vines. Our fields are southwest-facing slopes, maximizing sun exposure. At the same time, the fields are well sheltered by surrounding small forest areas, which is advantageous for avoiding frost pockets.
We supply wine to many renowned restaurants, including 2 Michelin-starred restaurants.
