Tyvelse Kirke

Tyvelse church has a Roman chancel and apse and was not extended untill 1856. The church is characteristic by its rich murals - the earliets from 1225 and 1250.

The alterpiece from 1651 is an auricular work of Abel Schroeder who did sections of the pulpit too.
