Experience the street open up

When United Change Festival takes over Aarhus 2-5 September 2026, Rosenkrantzgade and Teatret Svalegengen's stages will be filled with energy, art and new stories about the future. The festival will transform the street into a vibrant stage with music, dance, performance and community for all ages.

Music, storytelling and new voices

Among other things, you can experience the façade performance I’M OKAY, where video art, aerial art, live music and young people’s own stories come together. The programme also features the concert piece KRAFTVÆRK, new rappers from the Rap Academy and various performing arts projects that explore hope and human connections.

Open-air experiences

United Change takes place in Rosenkrantzgade, where the audience can move between performances, concerts and talks. Here, art becomes part of city life and creates an informal meeting place in the heart of Aarhus.
