In the middle of peaceful nature, with the forest as your closest neighbor, you will find Vester Vedsted Vingård - an atmospheric place with a winery, distillery, shop and a restaurant, where quality and presence are at the center.
From lunch to gourmet
During the day, you can enjoy a delicious, organic lunch in relaxed surroundings. When evening falls, the table is set for a gourmet experience, where the details are pampered and the flavors are allowed to unfold. The ingredients are organic, and the majority come from local producers - many herbs and vegetables are picked directly from the winery's own kitchen garden.
Dinner can be enjoyed in a homely and quiet atmosphere, where you can feel the pulse of the winery.
Guided tours and accommodation
Guided tours are offered year-round.
If you want to stay a little longer, there is the option of staying overnight in one of the cozy caravans.
