Vestkystens Gårdbutik
Nestled between the North Sea and the fjord is where you can find Vestkystens Gårdbutik. The farm shop is charming and authentic, and pretty much everything on the shelves is homemade. Many delights await inside, including delicious dry-aged beef and a wide selection of local cheeses from the Troldhede Mejeri and Thise Mejeri dairies.
Many homemade products in the shop have been slow raised or allowed to mature and develop over time to acquire a better quality and flavour, and this is the primary ethos of the farm shop – good things take time!
You can also enjoy a local Vesterhavskaffe in store. This coffee is made using the family’s original recipe and is served right here in the farm shop’s café, which also sells homemade ice cream and home-baked cakes ... or how about a turmeric roll with local cheese?
